Terms of Use
Last updated: 12 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of carvinyl-shop.com, operated by CARVINYLSHOP LTD, company number 17313383, registered office 25 Effie Road, London, England, SW6 1EL.
1. About the website
The website gives general information about car vinyl wrap and lets you send a quote request. Descriptions of wrap types, finishes and options are general and do not form an offer.
2. Quote requests
Sending a quote request—through the form, by email or by phone—does not create a contract and does not oblige you or us to anything. We reply with a quote based on the details you give. Any order, including its scope, price and timing, is agreed separately with you in writing before work starts. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are not affected.
3. Prices
No prices are published on the website. Every quote is individual.
4. Content and changes
We try to keep the website accurate but may change, update or remove content at any time without notice. Images are illustrations of wrap types and finishes on popular car models; they are not photographs of our completed work. Car makes and models shown or named on the website belong to their respective owners, and no affiliation with them is implied.
5. Intellectual property
Texts, images, the logo and the design of the website belong to CARVINYLSHOP LTD or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for personal use; any other use requires our written consent.
6. Liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from the use of the website or from reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.
7. External links
Where the website links to other services (for example to open your email in Gmail), those services are run by third parties under their own terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your home nation.
